The Primary in Texas is just one week away. Two years ago there was the drama of the contest between Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama in the Democratic Primary that made things interesting. Nothing much interesting this year in the Democratic Primary, but there is some drama in the Republican.
The Big Republican Goliaths are being challenged by a very unlikely "David". Debra Medina is making a strong showing for a new comer. He big strength, she is not a politician and she seems intelligent and honest.
She was bumping up in the polls on Kay Bailey Hutchison, when she fell prey to the guile of Glenn Beck. I guess that is always a liability when you believe that people on TV and Radio are anything other than paid actors. Glen BEck did what apprears to be a deliberate Hatchet Job on Medina.
I will not repeat the nonsense here but Beck questioned her about her views surrounding 911, and it rightly threw her a bit off balance. I was listening and it threw me off as odd even for Beck. The Main Stream Media has taken that, twisted it, distorted it and Beck himself pushed truth just about as far as he could.Well there was a lot of talk going on and Medina was supposed to be out of the race. But this is not a woman who always does exactly what she is "Supposed" to do.
She is a gun toting, straight talking woman. I do not agree with a lot of what she believes in but heck, why not have some fun. When she speaks I want to believe like she does because I want someone in Government that believes what they say and says what they believe.
